- How does Premium billing work?
- Premium is 9.99 per month, billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page; you keep Premium access through the end of the paid period.
- Can I use puzzles commercially?
- Yes. Puzzles you generate are yours to use however you like — classrooms, events, publications, or platforms like Amazon KDP. No royalty, no restrictions.
- What counts as AI generation?
- AI generation covers the automatic creation of themed word lists and crossword clues. Manual entry, all puzzle types, and standard generation algorithms remain free.
- Are there refunds?
- We do not offer refunds on the monthly subscription, but you can cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
