- Do I need an account to use Puzzone?
- No. Every Free feature works anonymously — generate, print, and share puzzles without signing up. An account is only required to save puzzles across devices or subscribe to Premium.
- How does Premium billing work?
- Premium is $9.99 per month, billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page; you keep Premium access through the end of the paid period.
- Can I use puzzles commercially?
- With Premium. Free puzzles are for personal use, including printing them for your own classroom or family. Selling puzzles, publishing them in books (including on Amazon KDP) or redistributing them requires Premium, and is royalty-free.
- What counts as AI generation?
- AI generation covers the automatic creation of themed word lists and crossword clues. Manual entry, all puzzle types, and standard generation algorithms remain free.
- Are there refunds?
- We do not offer refunds on the monthly subscription, but you can cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
